These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.todex-interactive.com and the mobile applications Pokepedia, Taskey, Quotey, and Decade Drop (together, the "Apps"), all operated by ToDeX Interactive V.O.F. ("ToDeX Interactive", "we", "us"). By using our website or any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.
You may use our website and Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to disrupt their operation, or use them to violate any applicable law.
Some apps (currently Taskey) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time — see our Support page for instructions.
Where an app lets you upload content (e.g. Taskey photo proof or album photos), you retain ownership of what you upload, but you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate these Terms or any law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The ToDeX Interactive name, logos, app designs, and content on this website and within our Apps are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Our Apps use Google AdMob to display advertising. Your use of the Apps is also subject to Google's own terms and policies for that service. See each app's Privacy Policy for details.
Our website and Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToDeX Interactive V.O.F. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Apps.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
